Since 1991, Bain’s Seoul office has served a host of local, multinational and international clients that operate in South Korea.
Bain Seoul’s office culture is one of opportunity. We believe every team member contributes to the richness of our culture, and we encourage individuality and the pursuit of personal passions. International transferees to Bain Seoul often describe their experiences as "dynamic," a word that likewise captures the mood of our electrifying city. We balance our professional focus with personal connection: Bain Seoul has more than 10 employee clubs dedicated to interests such as golf, wine, hiking, dance and tennis. Our office also hosts an annual Family Day and summer offsite.
